Not all premium jeans come with a premium price tag. Cheap Monday jeans are yet another new denim brand coming from Sweden. These punk rock skinny fit jeans come in a number of different colours (black, white, red) and best of all they will only set you back about £40. The only thing you will have to be careful about is worrying your local churchgoers who might not like the company logo:

which features a skull with an inverted cross on it’s forehead. Cheap Monday founder Bjorn Atldax insists he has a purpose beyond selling denim – to make young people question Christianity, which he called a “force of evil” that had sparked wars throughout history. It seems like it’s not just the jeans that are punk rock, the founder likes to stir up a bit of trouble as well.

  1. I bought a pair today. They’re difficult to find in the ‘states, but I tracked them down at Seven New York.

Overall they’re amazing for $80 jeans. I bought the dark indigo wash and they’re strikingly similar to the APC femme, even if the denim quality is inferior.

  3. They are very cool.
    I bought a pair 3 month ago.
But now the shop where I bought them haven’t got any pair.
If you find a pair, try and buy it!

  4. warning – I have a pair which I’ve had for about 5 months and the elastic has gone in some areas, causing weird crinkling.

    but apart from that, fabulous.

  5. Love these jeans….as long as you buy the botton ones. The Jeans with zips are not worth owning, the zips do not stay up, I did not buy a faulty pair, my sister bought 3 pairs from different shops and she has the same problem with the zips. We had to get the zips replaced then they were great jeans….pitty now I won’t buy them. The Button one (which I can only find one pair off) are great!
