Keira Knightley in 7 For All Mankind Jeans
(The Most Searched For Jeans On Yahoo)

Yahoo Buzz has released a list of the Top 30 most searched for jeans. The list is pretty mainstream, which I guess reflects the demographics of the people that use Yahoo. There are a couple of suprises though, for instance who would have thought that Red Monkey Jeans would chart higher than Levi’s?

Here are the Top 10.

1) Seven Jeans
2) True Religion Jeans
3) Red Monkey Jeans
4) Lee Jeans
5) Lucky Jeans
6) Diesel Jeans
7) Levi’s Jeans
8) Evisu Jeans
9) Wrangler Jeans
10) Guess Jeans

  1. Hi. I just wanted to know if anyone knew which seven jeans Keira Knightley is wearing this picture

  2. I am shocked that yahoo members would search for Lee jeans far more often than classic Levis! Check out their website–Lee is loaded with Mom Jeans and Dad Jeans! These are the jeans with the high waist, baggy butt, and tapered leg. Their styles haven’t been updated in 20 years. Who would be caught dead wearing them?

  3. I recycle used jeans at a really low price. I know what I like and it doesn’t always match up with the latest trends, no big deal. The other night I saw about a dozen young adults, 20 – 25 all wearing the same/similar type of jean. I approached them and said can I ask you guys a couple of questions about your jeans, I sell used jeans and am curious what brand you guys are wearing. One guy looks around and said, “where’s the camera dude” Anyway, whether it was to be cool or it was sincere, most of them didn’t know what brand they had on. They start asking each other what the waistband patch says. So I asked them if they buy jeans according to style, what they like over a brand name. Their response was low-keyed, mumbled. idunno… So I said, ok, you know the style you want right?. Yea, yea, yea, What is the number one reason you choose the particular brand that it happens to be? “Cost, money, cheap, inexpensive…” Then I went on and asked what seems to be the brand you end up with the most of. Almost in unison; “Oh dude, Levis skinny, 501’s or 527’s? and looked at each other. They weren’t too certain about the number. I’m not sure what the newest GEN is called but they are not throwing their money away. Good For Them!

  5. The reason Lee Jeans would be searched more than Levi's is because they make high fashion jeans in countries other than the United States. They are very high end in Japan and in the UK as well.

  6. I would have to disagree with what you said. People are VERY fashion conscious. They know what jeans they are wearing.
