When it comes to denim you think of USA first and foremost, then maybe Sweden, Italy and Japan. Britain doesn’t even get a mention because we haven’t got much a denim heritage to speak of. One company that is hoping to prove that we Brits can produce decent denim is Invisible Inc of Newcastle. Their jeans are made from 13.5 Oz ring spun Japanese selvedge denim, come in skinny, straight and loose fits and are good enough to compete with the likes of Nudie, APC and Earnest Sewn for wardrobe space. If you would like to get your hands on a pair then you will need to pay a visit to Selfridges in London.
