Linda Loudermilk is a US based designer focusing on using sustainable fabrics and materials as a staple in her fashion lines. She has recently delved into the realm of denim and has produced some stunning styles for the upcoming year. She pulls most of her inspiration from nature and uses it to create wearable works of art that capture nature’s raw and unstable elements. It seems she would much rather focus on the mischievous behavior of nature rather than the calm elements most artist tend to focus on, giving her a devilish/punk theme to her lines. Her line of denim has the aspect of, as she puts it “jeans cut deadly on the hip”. They each seem to have some edgy flair to them while still keeping simple lines and cuts for everyday and formal use. She also has featured a wonderful denim trench coat and an evening cocktail dress, with both containing simple yet elegant design features and cuts.
