L.A. denim company Habitual has had some tough times in recent years but now emerges with a new owner and creative director. Though they won’t ignore their core product, their famous skinny jeans, they plan to offer more options soon. Some of these new plans include a superskinny denim legging with four-way stretch, a new wide-leg style, a boyfriend, and a variety of dress pieces such as woven tops, dresses, blazers and skirts. They are also working on a menswear line as well as accessories. Planning to open freestanding Habitual stores in key cities, the company expects sales of $10 million by the end of the year.
Its great to see that even in a “bad” economy, some denim brands are turning things around and expanding!
