Maroon 5's Adam Levine Launches 222 adam-levine01.jpg

The list of people that I expected to be next to launch a line of jeans definitely did not include Maroon 5’s lead singer Adam Levine. But judging by the interview in this is not going to be your regular celeb-endorsed money making venture, with little thought put into the actual product. Adam’s label called 222 will be a family business including dad Fred Levine who has had a chain of boutiques called M. Fredric for more than 30 years and his father’s cousin Sami Cooper who will produce the line at his apparel manufacturing facility. The collection will include men’s and women’s jeans, basic t-shirts and leather jackets. Adam is keeping things simple with two styles of jeans each for men and women which will retail around $150 – $280. The collection debuts at the Project trade show in Las Vegas this week
