With the 1970s British seaside in mind, Mulberry’s creative director Emma Hill presented a sharp collection of casual separates and formal shorts with matching suit coats for Resort 2012. Cheeky pastel prints in caramel, baby-blue, and pale pink turned up on shirt dresses, blouses, and camp jackets, while bedazzled chambray, enlarged eyelet, and pops of yellow contributed to the retro-boardwalk feel.
