Hi everyone! It’s been a while since my last review but I do have a reason behind that. At the moment I am on holiday in Thailand and you can imagine how lazy one can get in this amazing place. The photos for this review were taken back in wintery London, but I wrote the review itself over here in the sunshine. I have also bought a few jeans with me to photograph, so keep an eye out for some tropical reviews coming up.
For today’s review I am going to tell you about my experience with Paige Verdugo Skinny Jeans in Komodo. They come in a beautiful forest green colour and have somewhat of a wax-like coating which makes them stand out immediately. The jeans are made of 98% cotton and 2% spandex so they fit perfectly but don’t stretch out easily. They are also thicker than the average super-stretchy jeans and spandex helps to hold the shape perfectly. The forest green colour in combination with shimmer is absolutely stunning. They are still your normal pair of jeans but the shimmering part makes them quite special.
Size 26 was a just little too big on for my liking. The jeans still looked good but I would prefer them to be a little more fitted, so my usual 25 would have been perfect. I also have to admit that the rise was a little too low for me. I think that when the jeans are a bit thicker and not as super-skinny, they have to be a little higher on the waist. This is only a small concern though, other than that the jeans did fit me very nicely and I loved wearing them.
Thanks for reading my review. As mentioned before, I have a few more jeans to review while on holidays so do check my updates. For more photos visit my personal blog jeliza-rose.blogspot.com
