Another brand that really called out to me at the Intermezzo trade show was denim veteran Jimmy Taverniti’s newest baby, D-ID Jeans. Wow, what a treat we are in for this coming season! Super stone washed, super soft, super different – anything super, and D-ID got it! Seriously, there was not one single boring dark blue pair of jeans on their racks at their booth. I was really impressed by the detailing of all their denim. D-ID’s trademark quilted jeans continue in different washes, with motorcycle details and zippers. Their overalls are amazingly soft and treated in a way to make them look worn and used. Even the zippers on these overalls look vintage – check out the images below. D-ID also uses a special kind of treatment (I am not yet allowed to tell you more details, but coming soon) to achieve the look of those amazing jeans with the white thread details shown below.
Jimmy Taverniti, you rock!
