The [search]Jean Machine[/search] – Spring/Summer 2014 Lookbook presents “Forgotten Possibilities”. A collection inspired by the everyday, by noticing the unexpected and discovering the unknown. The ordinary is extraordinary. True to the Jean Machine aesthetic, the jeans, shirting, jersey, knitwear and outerwear are clean and understated, designed for the uncomplicated wardrobe.
Their jeans come in three core fits. The JM1 (slim), JM2 (straight) and JM3 (relaxed) and will be released in unique seasonal washes:
STAY, a mid-blue vintage
FAMILIAR, a flat light blue
VIEW, a flat electric blue with white stitching
PRESENT, a dark sea blue with ecru interior
BROKEN-BL & BROKEN-WH, a black and white wash with printed knee patches
POOL, SMOKE & METAL, three new over dye washes
STAR, a blue denim with a light spray effect
FINAL, a light blue with electric blue detailing at the cuff and waist
I love the light blue mix with the electric blue. By the way, this coming spring and summer will be all about different hues of blue. The predominant color I have seen now during FW New York was the cobalt blue.
