Well, the Cult Of Individuality F/W ’14 Lookbook is certainly one lookbook that I didn’t fall asleep when checking it out! 🙂 It is dynamic and interesting AND you can also see the jeans very well in there.
What I am hinting at, hello brands!, is that please, try not to do so many “same-lookbooks” of models standing in front of a wall dressed up in your clothes. There is more to it, make people actually “feel” the clothes, create an atmosphere, magic, let us dream of how we can look in your clothes….
Cult of Individuality believes the form and functionality of the blue jean has always been a representation of hard working Americans, from steel workers and farmers to manufacturers and mechanics. Highlighting the hard work and extreme labor, the functionality design of American work wear was the driving force behind Cult of Individuality’s Fall 14 offerings.
The men’s collection offers looser fitting styles crafted with heavy, raw denims that adapt to the body with regular wear/ The jeans feature forward seams and traditional cinch backs to adjust fit and comfort. All styles are complete with selvedge design and feature unique distressing and discoloration for the appearance that the jeans have been worn – perfect for the tough, hardworking individual.
For the ladies, the Fall 14 collection is introducing a completely new style to the line, a motorcycle inspired design that features unique stitching across the knee and along the jean. Cult’s women’s collection is always driven by a sophisticated style with a touch of sexiness, which evolved into the new zen midrise style designed with unique zipper detailing, running along the length of the jean. Cult is no stranger to a patterned pant, so don’t be surprised by various attention-grabbing styles, such as a plaid/checkerboard print along with gold and silver jacquard styles to keep up with the projected wax and metallic trends for the Fall season. The infamous reversible camo design that was introduced in the Spring 14 collection has been brought back for another season and will be available in a grey and blue tiger camo print.
Cult of Individuality is sold at various boutiques across the country and is available for purchase online here.
