There’s some insane PRPS – new denim for fall in store for the dudes. Donwan Harrell, one of my big denim idols, just sent us a few more images from his newest fall 2014 collection.
These jeans are two different types of fabrication, styles and washes.
The darker jean description:
Woven in a 2×1 natural indigo slub fabric from Nihon Menpu in Khojima Japan. This jean is inspired by all the working class vintage overalls Donwan Harrell has put together over the years from within his collection. Heavily influenced by these, he captures the well worn look of the seasoned laborer with the intense rust stains and intricate abrasion in distinct locations that are familiar to us all.
The lighter color jean description:
Called the “Prisoner”. This jean inherits the look and attitude of a jean with extensive use in the field. Each patch reflects a true badge of honor. The complexity of the wash and multi-scrap textures within it, gives the jean serious personality. The appearance is genius in the details.
PRPS jeans will be available for purchase at Bergdorf Goodman, among other high-end retailers.
