Cult of Individuality: The Workwear Jeans

If you love vintage – anything vintage – as much as I do, then you will love these vintage-y looking, insane Workwear jeans from Cult of Individuality.

And, btw, you ladies should definitely give them a try as well! Those are the very boyfriend jeans that are absolutely “true” to their name. They will fit you slouchy, and probably drag on the floor, but don’t roll them up, wear them just as they are, that’s the whole idea of a real boyfriend jean. I am so getting one of these!

No stretch, super soft and worn in, mid-weight selvedge, patches, belt details in the back, oil stains, and made to look like you painted your house over in them. As for sizing, ladies, I usually up-size 2 sizes for any men’s jean for a slouchier look. If you are a 28 waist normally, I suggest going for a 32 in the men’s jeans.

Oh guys, I just realized – no way that I wanted to scare you off these babies, these are SO men’s jeans. But by now you know us ladies, we always love what you guys love – therefore the top fashion trend for us is men’s wear…..go figure LOL 😉

Just some interesting facts about that belt on the back of the jeans: it’s actually called a cinch. The back cinch is a buckle placed on the yoke of the jeans. It dates back to the early 1872. Back cinches were the common way for a jeans wearer to tighten the waist before the widespread use of belts.

You can buy these jeans either on the Cult of Individuality website, or at any of their retailers.
