Soorty Hipster Jean Front view

Hey Soorty, “it’s your birthday, were gonna party like its your birthday!” Well, I guess it technically Shawty. If you want to feel fly like a celebrity, check out these jeans. Soorty is not a denim brand, it is a vertically integrated denim mill. You may be asking yourself “what the heck does that mean?” Well my friend, that means that Soorty does all their own production using state of the art facilities spinning, denim weaving, garment making and laundering for international retail brands like H&M, Primark, C&A, Mango, Espirit, Zara and many others. They have taken techniques from the best denim manufactures in the US and Italy to create a superior denim brand. Their thing is developing super new trends, washes and fits of jeans!

I always get excited to review a new jean. This time I was a little nervous to be reviewing a brand I haven’t had any prior experience with. To my surprise, the Soorty Hipster jean felt and fit familiar to me. SOORTY states, “This pair of jeans lies in our Hipster collection. Hipster is a famous sub culture of the world. The name of the jeans is inspired from American TV model, Porsha Stewart also known as Porsha Williams.” SOORTY custom made these jeans for my review, to demonstrate how they manufacture jeans as per the requirements of the brands they provide for!

Soorty Hipster Jean Back View

The Soorty Hipster jean has a hand that is super soft, similar to a Red Engine Jean (a Ca Denim Brand that is American to the core). The Soorty Hipster fabric is stretchable and easy to move in. So easy I decided to wear them on a evening ride on my beach cruiser. The Soorty Hipster Jean is a skinny silhouette and perfect for a bike ride and your favorite pair of flip flops. 🙂  The wash reminded me of a Diesel (Italian) wash. This makes perfect sense because they have Integrated Italian laundering techniques. This is a fashion forward wash with 3D whiskering, chevron and honey comb. They put authentic abrasions at the front, waistband, fly, hips hem back of knee and pocket facing. They didn’t miss a spot!

For all your denim buffs this may bring you back to the glory days of the custom Earnest Sewn jeans. The Soorty Hipster is a hyper spin from a more traditional custom jean. I am tall and so is my husband so we live for custom feeling jeans. Why spend extra money at the tailor when these fit just as well? These Soorty Hipster Jeans bring out your inner celebrity. You and your closet deserve a pair. Check out SOORTY here, you need these. Really you do!

Hi readers my name is Jessica and I'm a denim addict.....designer denim is my Jam! I have worked in the apparel industry for over 9 years. I've done everything from managing a multi line show room, to buying for speciality boutiques and personal styling. I have always had a passion for fashion. This started at a very young age with my first pair of guess jeans. Then I fell into the Gap and quickly out when designer denim hit the scene. My first pair of designer denim was Paper Denim Cloth. They fit amazing and were so incredibly soft. They are now ripped and frayed but I just can't part with them. I have watched denim brands come and go through the years like an old college buddy you used to party with each pair brings back a memory. They all still hold a place in my heart and closet! :) I'm excited to be reviewing jeans for you and giving you my honest opinion. Keeping it in the real from my closet to yours.
