Vicunha Textil was one of the “Blue-Zone” exhibitors at the highly successful Munich Fabric Start exposition which ran from February 2nd to 3rd, 2016. Thomas Dislich, Managing Director of Vicunha for Europe and Asia drew the following conclusions from Vicunha’s participation:
The Vicunha booth was heavily frequented by a wide variety of visitors, ranging from commercial-level buyers, such as those from big German retailers S. Oliver and C&A, to buyers from the designer jeans houses, and representing countries like Bangladesh, Iran, and Ukraine. The mood was very upbeat as the visitors were impressed by the combination of innovation and tradition in our products, coupled with their price-competitiveness. Vicunha has clearly established itself as a major player. Innovations such as the “Athletic” line respond to the changing demands of the market for athleticwear, while the “Stay Black” line satisfies the desires of the more traditional denim-wearer – albeit with some technological improvements. In addition, the attendees were impressed by our ability to stock large quantities of goods in order to be able to respond quickly to demand.
On another note, the Vicunha “Marina” line has met the buyers’ demand for a good year-round quality fabric, for both men and women, giving the stores outstanding flexibility in stocking product throughout the year.
Talking about Athleisurewear – here are some super comfy and edgy jeans, if you want to adhere to this trend.
