It’s fun to drool over the big, established brands…that’s a given, and it never gets old. However, what I often find more interesting are the offshoot brands made by denim gurus with years of experience with the big ones under their belts! TALLEY is one of those, created by Ben Talley Smith, who has worked with Marc Jacobs, Earnest Sewn, Alexander Wang and more. Perhaps what is most notable here is that these Los Angeles jeans are all made to order, each being individually numbered so a future TALLEY owner can track the progress of his or her jeans from start to finish to order fulfillment, in an effort to keep transparency in denim manufacturing and the work that goes into each jean. Pretty cool, huh? Here is model and blogger Tiffany Borland in TALLEY, wearing the Myles Mid Rise Skinny. This unique jean has a dirty sanded wash and a dark local coating on the side seams and waistband. A signature secondary side seam dart slims down the legs for a flattering fit. With a 92% cotton, 7% poly and 1% elastane fabric blend, these beautiful babies are made to slide on with ease and flatter your shape.
