Shorts season is heeeere! I don’t know about you, but California is facing some serious heat (no surprise) right now, and I’ve started digging into my shorts stash again. Highly destructed and ripped shorts have been everywhere lately, and while I love them, sometimes it’s nice to have a few variations of slightly distressed to clean as well. Here is Miami-based Wear it Well blogger Jenny Berger in L’AGENCE Shorts, sporting the Zoe Perfect Fit Shorts in Authentique. I am totally in love with the raw hem look (not like cutoff shorts are anything new though), but what draws me to these shorts is the cute, petite, uniform fray all the way around! These shorts also feature a pretty worn in blue wash to suggest they have been a closet favorite for years and years. They also aren’t too short compared to many that are out there nowadays, with a 2.25″ inseam, and have a mid rise of 9″ so you can bend, sit, or squat in confidence. The stretchy fabric content of 94% cotton/5% polyester/1% spandex will keep you comfortable and looking great all summer long. If you like the cutoff look but want something a little more modest, these are a great bet for you!

I’ve been quite the denim fanatic for several years now, and am happy to apply this passion to something that I can share with others. I am also a graphic designer/web developer and have done design work for two of the biggest designer boutiques in town, which is partly to blame for the 100 plus pairs of jeans I now own in my collection! It always fascinates me how much can be done with the denim fabric alone, and the constant innovations will always keep me hooked.
