Kelsey Reckling in STRÖM Brand

Summer is just about here and it’s time for the influx of cool, comfy, laid back denim! I am so happy to see the staying power of the frayed hem, as it goes so well with all denim, destructed or clean. Cropped styles are perfect to stay cool, along with looser fits to stay breezy! Here is musician Kelsey Reckling in STRÖM Brand, wearing the Noll in Electric, which is part of the S/S 2016 collection. She’s wearing it like I would: with Converse high tops and a comfy tee, although sometimes it’s fun to try and dress up styles like this too for something completely different (and fashion should always be about experimenting, right?). This piece features a relaxed boyfriend fit, pretty medium blue wash, and a sturdy 100% cotton fabric makeup. With all the fancy night-on-the-town skinny jeans and leg lengthening flares you’ve splurged on to look in tip top form over the years, you also need something cozy to wear on lazy weekends or relaxing road trip adventures while still looking chic, and this is a great piece! STRÖM Brand jeans are all manufactured in Los Angeles and as one of the top selvedge denim producers, you can be rest assured the brand produces of some of the most durable, quality jeans around.

The STRÖM Brand Noll in Electric will be available on their website soon! See the lookbook here and keep checking back with the brand for its release. Or, shop it here at Bleu Clothing.

I’ve been quite the denim fanatic for several years now, and am happy to apply this passion to something that I can share with others. I am also a graphic designer/web developer and have done design work for two of the biggest designer boutiques in town, which is partly to blame for the 100 plus pairs of jeans I now own in my collection! It always fascinates me how much can be done with the denim fabric alone, and the constant innovations will always keep me hooked.
