If you are somehow not yet familiar with PRPS, and you’re a denim fan, it’s about time you knew…at least, that founder Donwan Harrell was first American designer to bring Japanese denim jeans to the United States. Selvedge is a fabric coveted by serious denim fans everywhere, and PRPS has been dressing men properly since 2002. We’re all familiar with raw selvedge, and of course any shade of washed blue, but what about black? Here is model Titus Fauntleroy in PRPS, representing the brand’s Selvedge Jeans in Black Raw while hanging high on a rooftop during a recent photoshoot for them. He appears to be wearing the Demon fit, which is a sleek slim straight fit, and PRPS went as far to include some very, very slight and well-placed whiskering and fading to make it look like these jeans just became your new favorites last week. As the brand says, “these jeans are ready for anything,” just like we say for a classic black slim fit—who says this is only a staple made for women? This looks just as hot on any stylish dude!
