dark blue jeans

Ashley Benson was spotted out having a coffee in Los Angeles, looking pretty smart in her outfit. She wore a pair of dark blue skinny stretch jeans with a frayed hem, a white v-neck t-shirt that was all ripped, and a black coat. She accessorized with a pair of pointy black loafers and dark sunnies.

Well, as I said, a pretty cool look in general, nothing wrong with it. BUT, as you guys all know by now, I am not so into dark blue skinny stretchy jeans. With or without frayed hems, with or without contrast stitching (like these that Ashley here is wearing).

I just think that after having worn similar jeans from like 2011 to 2016, we all do have already lots of them in our closet. It’s time to add some different washes, and, preferably, even different styles….

After having said my piece, and you still want to buy a pair of plain dark blues, you can buy them everywhere from Old Navy to Target to Bergdorf Goodman and Net-A-Porter, and anywhere in between.

But, please try on a pair of these, these, or these just for adding a little bit of spunk to your denim life LOL.

And those of you who are shaking their fists at me right now and screaming out loud on twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc…..please remember I am only saying here what I think, and nothing is farther away from my thoughts than dictating what you guys should wear!!

  1. It may be my phone but when I go to the three “these” links you provided it takes me to a google search page…no denim.

The only links I could go to were the ones ro Old Navy and Bergdorf Goodman.

Normally your links work on my phone so I thought you might like to know. Hopefully it is not an issue with others.

  2. I think skinnies are a good option when you need some low key jeans to go with a flashier top.

Skinny jeans are also work well when you want your footwear to be in the spotlight.

I understand the need for variety too instead of wearing one style.
