Within my now-expansive denim collection, I’d say all the variations of grey denim hold their own little piece of my heart. When grey jeans first came out several years ago, they were huge, as they offered a whole new realm of styling possibilities. However, now, there are so many awesome variations of them, and with Fall finally here they are now once again holding their own little piece of the styling world as well. It’s hard to get much better than a gorgeous faded black shade! Here is Day In My dreams blogger Kristina Petrick in Parker Smith, wearing the Twisted Seam Skinny in Griffin. This one is totally bomb. Not only is it another grey skinny (with a beautiful wash I might add), but it also features a unique twisted seam and a raw, uneven hem (yay)! Yes, I am a big fan of all the alternative hem styling that’s been around lately. I love that Parker Smith has excelled at churning out classic, ultra soft and comfortable, well-fitting jeans for all bodies (including curvy shapes) for years and years, but I also love how every now and then they release something totally different that looks like the cherry on top of everything they currently offer. I’d say this is the one this time around!

I’ve been quite the denim fanatic for several years now, and am happy to apply this passion to something that I can share with others. I am also a graphic designer/web developer and have done design work for two of the biggest designer boutiques in town, which is partly to blame for the 100 plus pairs of jeans I now own in my collection! It always fascinates me how much can be done with the denim fabric alone, and the constant innovations will always keep me hooked.

  1. I see lots of Parker Smith on this site but do not think I have seen anyone on the street wearing it in my locale.
