Sheryl Luke in L'AGENCE Cropped Flares

We understand cropped jeans are often tough to pull off, but this doesn’t mean they should be left out of the style loop! I often recommend them to those with super short inseams, but they don’t have to be limited to the shorter stylistas among us. Here is Walk in Wonderland blogger Sheryl Luke in L’AGENCE cropped flares, wearing the Sophia in Authentique. She pairs this high rise style with some shiny silver oxford shoes. I think in this case her height is perfect for these jeans to be more of an ankle-skimming style, but I’d also suggest those with longer inseams to pair them with mid-calf boots to keep the legs looking elongated. Of course it depends on personal taste and body type, but fashion is all about taking risks and letting your creative bug fly, right? Also, those raw hems! I just can’t get enough.

The L’AGENCE Sophia High Rise Cropped Flares in Authentique are not currently available, but I’d suggest a similar style, the Charlie Cropped Flare. You can grab this one at Revolve, here!

If you love the Sophia cut, Revolve also has a black version (Noir) here.

The Authentique wash is also available in the Sophie High Rise Flare (with a 34.5″ inseam) at Nordstrom here!

  1. I love slight flares cropped just above the ankle with very flattering low shoes or boots. They look awkward on the model on the revolve site because they’re too short on her. Best to cut off a pair of flares that you love instead of looking for the right inseam. Love the oxfords. This is for women with great ankles and skin, or great ankles and trouser socks. Don’t call attention to parts no one expects to see unless they look great. This look would be just as cute cropped to the top of a shoe.
And, if you have short legs, crop to the top of the shoe and keep the heel height 2″ or lower to avoid looking like you are trying to fake height.
