A combination of vintage and right now – these slim bootcut jeans from Swedish brand, STRÖM, certainly have a vibe of the 80’s, but with a modern touch. I usually am not a fan of bootcut jeans, but these are – like the name says – a slim bootcut, reminding me more of a straight leg than a bootcut. And I would totally wear them for a more formal occasion.
The seam along the middle of the legs is super flattering, making your legs look longer and slimmer. A snap-tab fly and front welt pockets add a certain vintage vibe to these dark indigo jeans. The combination of cotton, Tencel, an Elastane definitely help to make these jeans feel very soft ( a STRÖM trademark) and, at the same time, to keep their shape. They also come in an extra-long length of 34″, so you can wear them with platform boots or high stiletto pumps for your night out.
I also believe that this style and wash is a good option to wear at work or at a more formal gathering, depending on how you style them.
The STRÖM Burj slim bootcut jeans are available at Nordstrom and are on sale right now.
I don’t like these – even on the model.
Even before I read in your article that they are thirty four inches in length I could tell by the photos that they are loooong.
Those with long legs are probably happy to see this length.
