Brazilian denim manufacturer, Vicunha, is going to show the newest denim trends and denim washes next week at the Bangladesh Denim Expo.

From its logistics center in Colombo, Sri Lanka, VICUNHA serves Asian customers in Bangladesh, Cambodia and Vietnam with an average warehouse capacity of one million meters of denim. As a Brazilian denim ambassador, VICUNHA is seeking direct contact to the industry with its sales office in Bangladesh, which opened in 2015, and also making the most of the regional tradeshows to further expand its network.

Under the motto “Natural”, the Bangladesh Denim Expo (BDE) is taking place on the 8th and 9th of November in the halls of the International Convention City Bashundhara in Dhaka, Bangladesh. As a non-profit, non-governmental denim exhibition, it is inviting visitors to
network and share their international industry expertise for the fifth consecutive year.

Thomas Dislich, Managing Director of VICUNHA TEXTIL for Europe and Asia, is drawing a positive conclusion from the company’s participation in “DenimsandJeans Bangladesh” in October 2016: “We have felt a very close connection to “DenimsandJeans” Bangladesh ever since the first edition in 2014. In recognition of the significance of the market and also to strengthen it within the region, we are continuing our presence in the show. We are taking this opportunity to meet the large spectrum of visitors and maintain and expand our network: yarn manufacturers, merchandisers, country and regional managers of European stores, Korean and Australian buying offices, local big players, and, of course, our business partners were all represented. The range of styles we exhibited, which had been specifically adapted
to the market, proved very popular, confirming just how competitive our VICUNHA products are.
