Kate Hudson here shows us one more “utility” for a 4-way stretch denim. She’s wearing a denim ski suit from Bogner, obviously comfortable enough for any kind of skiing or snow-boarding.
This denim snow suit features 4-way stretch with PU laminate, a collar with adjustable bar and removable brown Tuscan shearling trimming. It has a zip closure with press-button placket, two side zip pockets, two flap pockets with press-button at the front shoulder yoke, a single zip pocket at the back, and two flap pockets with press-button at the legs. The press-buttons have star motif and the logo is made with champagne-colored Swarovski crystals at one leg.
Also featured: Reflecting trimming, gold-toned hardware, and zip and snow gaiters at the lower leg.
And of course, this suit is water-repellent and breathable.
Whoa – I have to admit that I have copied all these details form the Bogner website, as it is practically inedited – never before have I seen any denim with so many interesting, useful, and attractive details.
This would probably be my choice to wear for skiing if it wasn’t for the almost $3000 price tag. So for now, I am sticking with my quilted nylons! 😉
A cool way to look dope on the slopes.
I personally like to go places that are snowless.
If one wants to be a snow bunny this is a cute way to dress.
Very cute outfit for the slopes. The price tag on the other hand not so cute.
Except for the shearing and the fact that skiing in denim is not smart, I love this jumpsuit.
I love jumpsuits in general. How about a posting on jumpsuits? Also denim joggers, bags, shoes, hats, jackets, skirts, belts… Current Elliot made a massive denim bag this fall. I didn’t buy because of the shameless price tag (looked like a $40 bag) but I loved the idea of a machine washable endlessly durable (because repairs will never look wrong) leather free bag. I’ve been on the hunt for a denim bag for a long time. Also washable leather free denim shoes. I even considered torturing myself in a pair of denim high top vans, but one look at my feet after a couple of hours put a stop to that.
I made a not – we will do a post about denim bags soon 🙂
As for canvas denim shoes – Superga sometimes does them and there is a rad pair of Converse – see my post: https://denimology.com/2016/06/chuck-taylor-all-star-floral-denim-sneaker
I love chucks, especially these, but I don’t wear them. 95% of the time that I’m not barefoot I wear shoes shaped like a healthy foot to allow my toes and spine to do be well and look good.

These are pretty cute, machine washable, denim colored, comfy and have a nearly healthy toe shape if sized up.

I have the L-8 bootie i micro suede from this brand. After 2 years of weekly machine washing I still get compliments. They are fading like a pair of black jeans.
