Rihanna in Dark Wash Double Denim

Rihanna rocked a denim-on-denim outfit, comprised of a form-fitting jean jacket and skin-tight jeans, as she was out in London this past week.

While we thought RiRi owned the night in her all-denim look, there were some fans who disagreed. Why? — Well, that’s what we can’t figure out. Maybe because somehow this outfit looked too drab for a usually exuberantly dressed Rihanna?

Her very fitted Stella McCartney denim jacket – kind of a mix between a shirt and a jacket, actually – is almost old out in spite of the $880 price tag. There are still a few available at Farfetch.

Rihanna paired her denim-on-denim ensemble with peep toe knotted velvet and leather sandals from Tom Ford. And a red lip matched the crimson of her sultry stilettos, featuring 4-inch gunmetal heels.

Dark blue is going to be the denim-must have for this coming season.
