And while we’re at it – Y/Project, did you see Rihanna in my post earlier today, wearing these ruffle and flower applique boots? And did you think those were outrageous? Well, let’s move from outrageous to bizarre!

Uber-long-armed ladies rejoice!

There aren’t many of us, and yet the good people of Y/Project – the same people behind detachable jeans/shorts and crotchless jeans – have accommodated all people whose wrists fall past their knees.

Yes, Y/Project has created a denim jacket with extra, extra long sleeves.

Some may say this is just an extension of that trend that sees sleeves falling past the hands (look at the Kardashian Jenners, they’ve been wearing that look loads), but we see the truth: Finally, Y/Project is making clothing for people with absurdly long arms.

And for that we are eternally grateful.

If you fancy getting your long arms inside a jacket that welcomes you with extremely lengthy, open arms, you can buy the jacket for the “bargain” price of $695 from Net-a-Porter.

The product description recommends rolling the sleeves up and letting the cuffs of your shirt hang out, or just letting them hang loose and free.

OOPS – while I was writing this post – something must have alerted the Net-A-Porter peeps and they changed the images LOL!

Actually, see below how the jacket apparently REALLY should be worn!!

  1. LOL – but hey I’m just “reporting” not judging, and this jacket is so funny, made me laugh!! Like somehow I feel they’re trying too hard…..

  2. My first thought was “Wow, how silly!” but seeing it styled in the later images makes it better.
I know some instagram model is gonna get one and make it drool-worthy!

    • totally – and wanna bet that in a couple of weeks this same jacket will be available at Zara and H&M and the likes 😉
