acid wash denim bags

Proenza Schouler is a New York based womenswear and accessories brand founded in 2002 by designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez. They have always carried more of a classic and elegant collection, but we couldn’t help noticing their very cool denims for their spring 2019 collection. Denim will be part of the Proenza Shouler lower-priced White Label, which will launch next spring.

The collection includes denim blazers, A-line skirts, and drop-waist dresses, as well as enormous tote bags in a bleached out acid wash (see image above). Contrast stitch raw denim pieces like asymmetrical cropped jackets, trench-coats, raw denim and acid wash midi denim skirts were truly eye-catching pieces.

The only thing missing in this collection were – bang – actual jeans!

You can shop for the current Proenza Shouler collection on their website and at My Theresa.

    • These guys definitely have an amazing creativity – and also show how you can create an awesome denim collection based on a rather “haute couture” way of thinking. Nothing basic here in this collection
