The Nashville Denim Days Festival took place on November 10th and 11th, 2018, and it was not only about denim. The festival coincided with the Nashville Art Week, so this was all about where denim meets art or vice versa. Couldn’t be a better partnership … right!
“The community in Nashville welcomed Denim Days with a strong Southern welcome. Country music and local art were perfectly paired with denim. Customers browsed the tree to denim display and TENCEL™ Denim garments from 3×1, Godfather of Denim, Mavi, Paulita Carlotta, Reformation and Triarchy. Other brands presenting their denims at the festival were Madewell, Able, Kings of Indigo, and Rising Sun, as well as Imogene and Willie.”
Vintage vendors lined up on the streets for both days. Live music was another feature that was a perfect partnership with denim and arts.
Nashville has a hip art community and there is also the Fashion Alliance which brings emerging designers together.
All in all a super successful event that should definitely happen on a regular basis.
