The latest rave is all about the Bohemian Rhapsody movie which has launched this month. A very enigmatic Rami Malek portraits music icon Freddie Mercury in the most identical and perfect way.
I am sure you recognize the “iconic” image (above) which was shot during Freddie Mercury’s historical 1985 Live Aid performance. His outfit at that time consisted of a white tank top and a pair of Wrangler jeans.
To celebrate the music and style of the era-defining rocker, Wrangler, in collaboration with music lifestyle brand, Lyric Culture, released a collection of t-shirts, jeans and jackets that were inspired by Freddie Mercury’s most recognizable lyrics.
The limited collection of T-shirts, jeans and jackets features lyrics from the legendary catalog of music in each design while inspiring the youth of today to be champions of their own generation.
“For more than 70 years, Wrangler has been celebrating great music,” said Jenni Broyles, VP/GM, Wrangler Modern Lifestyle. “And this collection showcases how deeply rooted the brand is within the culture of rockstars and music legends like Freddie Mercury.”
With such recognizable hits as “Don’t Stop Me Now,” and “Killer Queen,” Freddie Mercury was an idol in the music world, and this collection was designed with his unique style and attitude in mind, paying homage to him both as a songwriter and fashion icon. Harnessing the bold and brash attitude of this famous era of rock music, these pieces embody the lifestyle of yesterday, but can be worn comfortably and proudly today.”
The collection, available exclusively at www.Wrangler.com/BohemianRhapsody, includes male and female T-shirts, a female sweatshirt, a unisex denim shirt, male and female jeans, and a unisex denim jacket.
