Coming back from my vacation in sunny and hot Jamaica to medium warm New York City… what can I tell you?
One thing for sure. I am giving my dark blue winter jeans their well deserved break. But I am not ready yet for bright white – somehow wearing white in NYC is not such a good idea. Dirty streets, subways, constructions… you know where I’m going, right!
I love pairing bone with black or navy blue during this in-between season. In summer I will definitely wear them with all white or light beige. And neon colors are supposedly the big summer thing, just saying.
“Meet Cheeky—engineered for the perfect rear fit. This straight leg jean has a super-high rise and a raised back hook seam that lifts and tightens. Plus, they feature our Happy Pockets, which are set higher and closer together for a bouncy, lifted look.”
The composition of these medium weight (11 oz) jeans is 98% cotton, 2% elastane. Their Japanese denim has an authentic feel with a touch of stretch—and doesn’t bag out. The style is kind of a 90’s jean. Size down for a tighter fit in the seat, or wear them in your true size for a more relaxed fit – the second choice is definitely me!
Reminding you also that on the Everlane website you have the option to see the same pair of jeans worn by models in various sizes. A big bonus but, unfortunately, there are not many websites out there that offer this extremely helpful option.
If you are not yet ready for bone, check out below gallery to see all other color options: black or washed-out black, sky blue, and faded indigo. Your fave wash is there!
Oh and – did I mention that Everlane’s jeans are sustainable:
“Our way: Exceptional quality. Ethical factories. Radical Transparency.”
