open slit flare jeans
Ground Zero Flare Jeans

These past few seasons have been almost exclusively about straight leg jeans. Slim or loose straight, wide-leg straights with cropped or regular inseams. And you probably already have your share of these hanging in your closet.

But it has gotten to a point where we feel that it’s time for a change. Yeah, we’ve moved our skinnies to the back of the closet, hung up our boyfriend jeans somewhere in the middle, and are looking at our straights without much inspiration.

Enter the bootcut and the flares. A very welcome change in the way we look is going to happen. As opposed to when worn with skinnies or even with straight leg jeans, those right now in demand top-trend platform combat boots and platform sneakers are so much better when worn with either bootcut jeans or flares. It doesn’t matter if you opt for a cropped or regular inseam style, you can carry off platforms with both styles.
