straight jeans

We’re always on the hunt for jeans that are a no frill, with no artificial rip and distressing details, but just “clean” – easy to wear. We don’t always want exaggerated high waists, or exposed buttons. And these Levi’s relaxed straight legs shown here are exactly “it”.

Levi’s newest addition to the 2020 spring collection is a wider leg straight fit jean, the Loose Straight, in best 90’s style. Neither too high waisted, nor too low, you can upsize for a relaxed and slouchy look, or wear them in your regular size if you prefer a more fitted look.

The Loose Straight come in two clean and vintage-like washes: light and medium blue. And we’re having a hard time deciding which wash we prefer!

The composition of 79% Cotton, 21% TENCEL™ Lyocell allows for a super soft feel and also makes the jeans “flow” naturally, so they don’t bunch up. And talking about bunching up – note that at most of our pre-fall 2020 previews the overlong inseam was predominant for straight leg jeans.

As much as the cropped and cut-off hems continue, over-long inseams are already a thing right now. So don’t hem your jeans just yet, or cut them off. Leave them as they are and wear them slouchy, hitting on the top of your shoes.

Besides these Loose Straight Jeans, Levi’s new spring collection also includes their best-selling Ribcage jeans in new washes and styles, as well as the Baloon Leg, among others. Check them out here.
