arc jeans

And we’re always ready for new denim styles, so hello Everlane! After some pandemic-consequence “silent” months, Everlane is back with a new denim style, the Arc Jean.

Their fit and style are very interesting, a really cool addition to our denim closet. Find out more about the fit in my personal review below.

“A shape that’s ahead of the curve. The Arc Jean has a curved-leg fit that tapers in slightly at the hem for a silhouette with tons of attitude. It features a holds-you-in 11.5” rise and is made of our original stretch denim for just the right amount of movement.”

The Arc Jeans come in black and in raw indigo.

Just for you to have an idea about the fit: Today I went to the Everlane store in Soho, New York City. I tried on three different sizes and all of them were an amazing and totally different fit.

My regular size is 29 – the jeans fit snug at the waist and hips and felt like a pair of straight legs. I upsized to a 30, and the fit was more like a wide leg, but still only a bit looser around the waist and hips. And being that right now I am all about oversized and baggy, I gave the 32 a try and this pair came home with me. A slouchy, oversized look with a low-slung waist. This is me!

One more thing: I am 5’4″ and the jeans looked quite a bit longer on me than on the models shown here. Which for me is perfectly fine. As I mentioned above, I am all about oversized😃

  1. It appears you and I wear the same size in jeans. I wear a 29 in ladies R13. Have you ever purchased any R13 guy jeans? If so what size did you get? I asked R13 about what size woud be best for me in guys and did not receive a solid response.

    Thanks.

  2. never tried the R13 men’s – but as I have no problem with oversized and lots of problems with skinny and tight I’d go for the 32 like I do with almost all men’s jeans
