Iron Heart is a renowned Japanese denim brand celebrated for its ultra-heavyweight, meticulously crafted jeans designed with motorcycle enthusiasts in mind.

Founded in 2003 by Shinichi Haraki, formerly of Edwin, the brand emphasizes durability, classic styling, and exceptional craftsmanship.
Iron Heart was originally made for bikers. And up until today, that focus guides the design and construction of their clothing. Iron Heart garments are in the main made from heavyweight fabrics, designed to be durable and classic in materials and styling. Some items, like the 25oz XHS (extra heavy selvedge) denim jeans, are at the limit of what can actually be woven and sewn: “over-engineered is their starting point.”
Iron Heart is composed of a small skilled team of twenty – all passionate about the brand. Their customers come from all walks of life, and many, but certainly not all, are bikers. The common factor is a love for ethically manufactured, beautiful, durable clothing.

Iron Heart offers denim ranging from 14oz to an impressive 25oz, with their signature 21oz fabric being a standout. This heavyweight denim is known for its durability and unique fading patterns over time.
Motorcycle-Inspired Design: Originally crafted for bikers, Iron Heart jeans feature functional details like outward-shifted back pockets for easier access while riding and longer sleeves on jackets to accommodate riding postures.
Double-Twisted Weft Yarns: Their denim construction includes double-twisted weft yarns, enhancing the fabric’s strength and contributing to its distinctive texture and fading characteristics.
Versatile Fits: Iron Heart offers a range of cuts, from the classic straight-leg IH-634S to the slim-tapered IH-777 and the relaxed-tapered IH-888, catering to various style preferences.
Sustainability Efforts: The brand has initiated eco-friendly practices, including the use of recycled cotton in some denim lines and the introduction of Project Re:Love, which allows customers to trade in used Iron Heart gear for store credit.
