The Yurai denim from Tanuki is a 15oz cobalt weft selvedge denim, developed using a natural indigo rope-dyeing method to produce a rich spectrum of blues across the fabric’s surface.
Pre-washed for a softer feel, the denim is loosely woven for a uniquely slub texture. The name “Yurai” (translated to “origin” in Japanese) reflects the denim’s distinct weft and its ties to Tanuki’s iconic aesthetic.
