Last year we’ve told you about the upcoming collaboration of supermodel Brooks Nader with Hudson. And now it is happening. This capsule is available to shop for as of right now.
And what we love most is that the flap pocket jeans, kind of the Hudson’s trademark, are so totally back again. Yeah, those flaps with the little Union Jack flag (below)!
We’ve always loved how they make your butt look cool and sexy. And when the brand stopped producing these jeans for a while, we really missed them.
Especially, when you are more of a classic denim fan and don’t want to goo too overboard with the latest denim trends. Flap pockets in otherwise classic fit jeans are a great option to do something a bit different without giving up on your favorite fit.
As mentioned in our feature, one of the new denim fits this season are the Beth Straight jeans. They come in the traditional Hudson wash – a medium dark blue, are ankle length and feature those above mentioned flap pockets.
Part of the Brooks Nader collab capsule, the Beth Mid-Rise Straight Ankle Jean in North Gate is a nod to the brand’s original Beth fit with the same signature flap pocket. It features a double-button waistband, flap pockets at back with the Union Jack flag label and a 28″ inseam with a clean finished hem. To elevate the look, they have added gold branded buttons and a branded patch to the back waistband.
And for those of you who love the latest denim trend, a baggy lower rise fit, there’s the perfect pair for you in this collab as well.

The Brooks Low & Loose Jean in Poolside is designed to sit low on the hip with a baggy fit throughout the leg, and it has a clean finished hem. These jeans also come with gold branded buttons and a branded patch to the back waistband. Both – the blue and the grey jeans – are made of lightweight Italian rigid denim. They feature heavy stone washing, bleaching, whiskering, all-over hand-sanding, edge grinding and tacking at the pocket scoops.
