Diesel just launched a unisex capsule collection celebrating the New Lunar Year 2025. The Year of the Snake will officially commence on January 29, when the Lunar calendar turns to a new year.
Tapping into the holiday’s origins of good fortune and happiness through Diesel’s non-conforming and empowering lens, Diesel’s creative director, Glenn Martens, created a 12-piece capsule.
The collection is divided into four of Diesel’s core aesthetics: Utility, Pop, Artisanal, and – of course! – Denim. Each piece features distinctive snake motifs, including retro Year of the Snake posters and scale-inspired laser treatments.
Across the range, the central snake motif appears in several treatments, including patchwork, prints of vintage Year of the Snake posters, realistic photography and scale-inspired lasers.
The Lunar New Year capsule collection is already available to shop for on the Diesel website as well as in selected stores.
