Country music legend Dolly Parton has partnered with Khloé Kardashian’s denim brand, Good American, to launch a limited-edition collection named Dolly’s Joleans.
This collaboration draws inspiration from Parton’s iconic song “Jolene” and her signature country-glam style.
And so very Dolly Parton like, the collection features denim pieces adorned with shimmering rhinestones, gingham prints, and corset-style tops. Totally reflecting Parton’s signature country-glam flair!
“We tried to Dolly-ize it as much as we could!” says Parton. She expressed her enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, “I’ve always believed what you wear should make you feel as fabulous as you truly are, and this brand new line, Dolly’s Joleans, is all about celebrating individuality with a touch of sparkle.”
Few celebrities have a signature style that is as remarkable as Parton’s. Known for wearing blonde wigs, sparkling outfits and over-the-top glamour since the beginning of her career, the singer said her fashion inspirations came from two unexpected sources: the Frederick’s of Hollywood, a catalogue famous for its risqué photography and lingerie content in the 1960s, and ‘The Town Tramp’ from her hometown.
