Paul Smith – A New Collab With Lee And More

Paul Smith

Paul Smith has a super cool collab with iconic denim brand, Lee, coming up. But before we go there, here’s some news about the brand’s re-appearance.

To present his spring 2025 collection, Paul Smith chose Pitti Uomo in Florence to mark his return after 31 years.

This collection drew heavy inspiration from the bohemian spirit of 1960s Soho, London. And aimed to recreate the ambiance of the artistic cafes and jazz clubs of the era. Key elements included unstructured tailoring, denim chore jackets, and oversized pastel-check trench coats.

The collection was a masterclass in soft formal dressing, with workwear inflections that perfectly captured the current menswear zeitgeist. Models donned loosely knotted ties with souvenir motifs, paired with chore jackets, carrot denim pants featuring tone-on-tone floral motifs, silky pajama shirts, and pleated, oversized tailored bottoms in houndstooth and Prince of Wales fabrics. The looks were a nod to the arty types Smith envisioned commuting to school, their effortless style a testament to his keen eye for detail. Check out all those details in the video below:

Smith also introduced a new capsule collection in collaboration with US denim pioneer Lee. This reflects his long-standing appreciation for denim, dating back to his early days of importing carpenter jeans for his Nottingham boutique in the 1970s.
