Italian based fashion brand, GCDS, was founded in 2015 by brothers Giuliano and Giordano Calza, acronym for – Giuliano Calza Design Studio. The brand became well known for its out-of-the-box designs, wavy graphics, acid velvet shirting and sexed-up pieces like latex camis, and knee-high boots worn with barely-there bras.
But for this coming spring, GCDS is taking a more modest approach (modest, at least, for GCDS!), Opting for rather neutral colors, Calza delivers tailored denim ensembles, alongside extravagant evening wear. But the collection also still offers GCDS’ usual salaciousness, including denim underwear, bite-sized bras, exposed thongs and plenty of sheer fabric.
In this collection, Calza embarks on a journey through the archives of both Neapolitan heritage and streetwear roots. It’s a reconciliation with the iconic GCDS logo.
So, if you’re into logos, then you are in the right place with GCSD’s collection. Almost their entire denim capsule is based on 3D logos.
You can purchase GCDS clothing at Farfetch women/men, SSENSE women/men, and at YOOX women/men.
