Acne Studios’ Spring/Summer 2025 women’s denim collection reimagines everyday domestic elements through innovative design.
The collection features a variety of silhouettes, washes, and textures, blending traditional denim with avant-garde aesthetics.
Creative Director Jonny Johansson draws inspiration from household motifs – such as curtains and upholstery – to craft pieces that blur the lines between comfort and couture. The collection showcases innovative silhouettes, textured fabrics, and a palette of muted tones, reflecting a harmonious blend of the familiar and the surreal.
Key Denim Pieces
- Acne Studios Broadway Jean SS25: Mid-rise, wide-leg jeans crafted from non-stretch medium blue denim, offering a relaxed fit.
- Acne Studios Wide Leg Jean: High-waisted, wide-leg jeans in deep black overdye with a washed finish, made from rigid organic cotton.
- Acne Studios Denim Skirt: A light blue midi skirt featuring paint splatter detailing, a four-pocket design, and a back split.
- Acne Studios Bonded Denim Skirt SS25: Mid-length A-line skirt in light wash regenerative cotton, adorned with bow embroideries and decorative fly topstitching.
The jeans were fitted at the waist but then flew wide and straight at the hip, down either to a multibreak hem or a wide-cuff edged in more florals
