There is nothing that we thrive on more than checking out fashion shows*, and especially when there’s lots of denim to see. And that’s why we really love that Andersson Bell included lots of denims his spring/summer 2024 collection.
[* except wearing our denims, of course😁]
Contrasts are etched in the DNA of Seoul-based label Andersson Bell, since owner and creative director, Dohun Kim, launched his brand 10 years ago with the purpose of combining Korean and Scandinavian culture.
The spring/summer 2024 collection, titled “The 10th Anniversary”, sees Kim reflect on his teenage years, and his affinity for sifting through vintage stores in the South Korean capital during that period of his life.
Drawn to army surplus garb and vintage-y denim, Kim effectively tapped into two entirely different design agendas to craft a line that focuses on both military styles and denim. The merging of the two tropes is something signature to Andersson Bell. And in this collection the brand’s expect-the-unexpected ideology is on full display.

Denim and camos
Interesting also the idea about wearing a belt right in the middle of a skirt – is this actually do-able in real life? What about when you sit down? Anyway, just saying 🙂
And yes, there’s also a bit of deja vu!
